As a Psychiatric Social Worker, my services are designed to help adults manage the circumstances adversely affecting them.  For most situations, short term or brief therapy is sufficient.  My treatment services are individual, couples, and group therapy, performed in my office.
 
  • Individual therapy - counseling for one person with a treatment plan to match their therapy goals.

 

  • Couples therapy - counseling for both people in the relationship together, with goals that provide tools to communicate and work better together.

 

  • Group therapy - counseling for 4 - 10 people with similr issues, each with their individual goals and the goals of the grouop as a whole.
 
I treat people exhibiting problems with:

Office visits are by appointment only.
 
Most major insurance is accepted
 
Fees are compatible to the standard fees in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
